Lost on Route 44

‘Lost on Route 44’ is based on Viscati’s film ‘Death in Venice’. The choreography is built on the idea of moving as a collective – most of the time. Occasionally individuals are distinguished from the group. The movement language is fluid and continuous throughout the piece, referring to the sensation of time passing.

For this production Marina Mascarell was invited by the Dutch Dance Days to collaborate with graduating students of the four Dutch dance academies: AHK, Codarts, ArtEz and Fontys.
